About average speed (canadian order, started May 19, received June 3), dispite a delay because they were missing a card (not a critical one of the order, they e-mailed and called me before they shipped and I substituted for another, the back and forth took a few days). One card (lotus petal) looked like someone spilled pen ink on it, complete with black finger print in the text box, no need for a CSI though, that's what they call "Fine" quality. But other than that it was all well-packaged and otherwise accurate. (and the guy was nice on the phone too)

orders:	Beware buying from these people! I wanted 4 Broodstars from them, but the minimum order is $10 dollars. I add some extra cards I really didnt want, then they send my order without the Broodstars! The cards I wanted the most! They did refund the value of the Broodstars, but if I wasnt going to get them, I didnt want the order at all! I emailed them and they agreed they should have contacted me before sending the order, and they would sell me 4 Broodstars once they got in. While I waited, I saw that they had 2 Broodstars for sale on their site! When I confronted them about it, they said they would remove them, and put them aside for me. Since then they have ignored my emails. Beware! If you fall for their minimum $10 dollar BS and they decide not to send you the cards you really want. I have emails to prove this incase anyone wants proof. themhu@madhookup.com From The Only Game in Town: The last email we recieved from this customer was on Sept 26 noting that our inventory was still showing the broodstars - I immediately thanked him and corrected it. On Sept 21, the email asked if we still had only the one broodstar we had been able to get. Our response on the same day was that we had 2 now. He wanted 4 we have been still trying to get them for him as a courtesy. His Sept 10 email said that he could wait for all four. We did offer to refund everything if he didn't want the order and shipped it back to us. He said he didn't have them as he had ordered the other cards for his cousin. We try to very hard to meet our customers needs. We do email that cards are missing when we give our refunds. When we email requesting card subsitutions for missing cards it delays the shipment. We have thousands or cards and despite our best efforts, the inventory is handled by imperfect humans who (albeit rarely)sometimes put cards in the wrong box or forget to take things out of inventroy when sold. In those cases we do our best to promptly refund or locate cards for the customer.

aky416:	The vendor, Todd, is really nice and very quick to respond to inquiries. When one card in the order was out of stock, he notified me immediately through email and refunded the amount of that card. When I asked him if I could make a last minute addition (wherein I offered to pay an extra $0.30 for the difference in cards), he simply added the cards to my order, free of charge. While this would normally score TOGIT a 100% positive rating as my last order had been, this time there were a few inaccuracies in the order. Two Quicksands I'd ordered were in Korean instead of Japanese, and two other Uncommon cards turned out to be in simplified Chinese rather than Japanese. Not something worth causing a fuss over, but a reminder to shoppers to ask vendors to double-check orders for foreign cards to make sure they are in the right language -- especially with Asian cards. Cards were packaged in a soft plastic sleeve within a bubble wrap envelope, but could have been better protected in a hard sleeve. All cards were advertized in near mint condition, but ~20% of the cards I received had been quite heavily played with scratches and worn edges. I contacted the vendor and was offered a refund for the cards that were not up to grade. Although I would have liked to receive cards in near mint condition, it is refreshing to find a vendor that is responsive to customer concerns.

There was an error in the shipment (I received one wrong card) but that was corrected immediately and they let me keep the card even after I offered to send it back. I feel these guys are a good vendor (which may surprise you) because they made an effort to get the card that I ordered and also because they fixed their mistakes ASAP with no hassles. Some poor commication, they emailed me about the paypal dispute I filed and when I emailed them I get information about my order no response. From The Only Game in Town: Unfortunately this customer never emailed us prior to contacting Paypal. Although we did ship his package and have the postage reciept to document it, he did not request upgraded shipping to Canada. I sent him 5 emails with questions or responses to his questions. With all the packages sent out this holiday the post office lost two, one of which was delivered the day we shipped out a replacement package to the customer, We are not going to ship one out to this customer as his money was refunded.

Vendor used delivery confirmation but did not send me the tracking number. Package took 3-4 days longer then other packages ordered on the same day using the same shipping method. From The Only Game in Town: We regret you are dissatisfied. You placed your order on the 13th of December. We mailed the order, with a tracking slip, on December 14th. Our physical store is located in NJ the package was going to CA during the Christmas mail rush. With regards to the missing cards. There were 4 cards that could not be located for which you were refunded. Our standard procedure is to locate all the cards and ship fast, however if some are missing we refund and ship unless notified in the remark section to contact purchaser. They refunded the exact value of the cards and shipped the rest of the order. This left me with a bad taste in my mouth, since I would not have even placed the order if I knew they would not have those cards. I realize that things like that can happen, and they did refund my money for the cards that they did not have, but it would have been nice if they had given some sort of compensation for the fact that a third of my order was not there. Perhaps a dollar or two extra on the refund or maybe an extra card would have been a nice way to show that they were sorry and were still interested in my business. The cards that I actually did get were in good condition, and none were missing except for the ones that I knew I would not be getting. I have ordered from here several times before and have been for the most part happy with the results. There were other times when cards were unavailable, but in the other cases they were only 1 or 2 cards, not 11. I have not decided yet if I will be ordering from them again.

If this is the typical random order, I DO NOT suggest it, however, for specific cards, TOGIT does great with those except when they are out of stock, good prices, good selection, great packaging.
