I admit that it was my fault in allowing only two weeks, and not checking my email for 3 days. Funny though, they took my money knowing they had no product.....

the cards were sent in a bubble envelope with no protection other than a flimsy plastic pack and most of them came bent. fortunately, the high dollar cards were in the back and not damaged as much, and the crease was able to be worked out without a trace. the ones that were permenantly damaged were 25 cent commons, but thats just luck.
i'm not going to take a chance by purchasing from them again. I'll take my money elsewhere. |

Superstars in not only EXTREMELLY slow, but the cant even get their orders correct, i receive 2 of a card that i ordered instead of 3 and 4 that i order 3 of, 4 of the cards i ordered did not even come in while i did recieve some of my money back i didnt even receive the correct amount. It took them 2 weeks to even ship the cards and that was only because I emailed them about the order, then it took another week and a half to recive the cards. I will NOT order anything from them again, when there are much more reliable places to get my cards. Super Stars are anything but that. |

In addition, they didnt have a card that I ordered and gave me 2 bucks instead of the card. They should not say they have stock that they dont. I would have ordered elsewhere to save shipping. Now I need one card and I gotta buy it elsewhere and pay shipping on that card. They only re-imbersed me the cost of the card, not anymore for the frustration from ordering. Please notice the negative reviews towards the top. Stay Away. |

| plum: | Superstarsnet had Tolarian Academies on there website for $8 each based off of a search done on FindMagicCards.com. I visited their website and found that indeed the price posted was $8 and that their Tolarian Academy inventory, at the time of purchase, was 10. I placed my order for four and paid same day. They informed me via email of receiving the payment the same day. I checked their website the following day and they adjusted their price from $8 to $15 a peice. Now, on November 7th, I receive a payment refunded email from paypal with a line from seller saying "Sorry, but currently out of stock." I checked there inventory on their website that day and it was still noted as 10 cards available. What I think they've done is illegal. This vendor gives ecommerce a bad name. This survey should have an option, under "I received my purchase on" field, for never received. |

After both calling and emailing the company I still have received no reply, and it looks like I'm going to be shorted about $20 worth of cards, I hope that I am wrong, but in this case two thumbs down to Super Stars for customer service and order accuracy... :O( |

When I did receive my order, cards were missing. I was then told that they were out of those cards! They reimbursed me for the cards (though that is beside the point since combining shipping is the only way to keep purchases low and not I have to do another order just for the cards they "didn't have." To make things even worse, they did not refund me the return shipping, so I paid for their screw up both in time AND money. |

| thomoly: | I can say I'm "content," rather than "unhappy," because the cards missing from the order did eventually arrive. While I rate this company as a generally pretty good one, I was unhappy about the lack of information that accompanied the order, especially any mention that any of the cards I'd ordered were not included in the order (7 copies of the same card, I believe). You should always provide an itemized receipt! Also, I wasn't happy that no one responded to my e-mail regarding the missing cards. Then sometime later (I think it was a week or more) the cards arrived (also with no acknowledgement that there was an error in the original order). A generally good company that needs to focus more on its treatment of its customers. |
