After two weeks had gone by, I emailed them asking if they had shipped my order, but never heard back. When I got my order today, I received all the cards I ordered except for the Grindstone. I was instead given two other rares I did not order (Coat of Arms and Pariah). Because of the great increase in value of Grindstone since I ordered it (from $4 to like $35), I believe that I was stiffed intentionally. I am very unhappy with them and would like you to take them off of your vendor list due to their unethical practices!

I recieved all the cards from the other two stores within five days, packaged with a bubble wrap envelope and paperwork. I FINALLY recieved me cards from magic source three and a half weeks later in a slightly damp regular envelope that was TAPED shut with a big piece clear tape, wraped in a piece of printer paper... needless to say, i won't be purchasing from here again. Atleast i got all the cards.

Bunch of crap. Not quick to respond to e-mails, I started sending one every day. 14 days later I got my refund from a guy who lives 4 hours from me. This site should black ball this guy. Advise, stay away from this site.  
 msm123456: I placed this order to get 1 card, and the rest was filler. I got all my cards except the 1 I originally wanted. I would not have made this purchase if that card was not available. I have not received any kind of response to the email I sent about the missing card. Packaging was ok for filler cards, but I wouldn't want expensive cards shipped like they were. The cards had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. Shipping took a little long, but was not too bad. This would have been at least a neutral rating had I not been shorted the only card I really wanted, or if they had some kind of response or resolution to the problem. I never even got a refund.

 jal: On 10/29/2006, I placed and paid for an order from seller for 9 Magic cards. On 11/14/2006, after not having received any shipments, I e-mailed the seller inquiring about the shipment. I received no response. On 11/17/2006, I again e-mailed the seller, this time from three different accounts to ensure mail wasn't being blocked. I received no response. I received a shipment on 11/20/2006, postmarked 11/14/2006, which included 6 of the 9 cards. The packaging and the received cards smelled of cigarette smoke. Missing from the order were three copies of the card "Flagstones of Trokair". I e-mailed the seller that day (11/20/2006) inquiring about the missing cards. I received no response. I e-mailed the seller again on 11/29/2006, again from three different accounts, inquiring about the missing cards, and indicating I expected a response by 12/4/2006. I have yet to receive a response to these e-mails, and I have yet to receive the cards. I have never had such a negative experience with a vendor, and have never before left negative feedback. I highly recommend all buyers avoid this vendor.

They issued me a full refund saying that the USPS sent the cards back to them completely destroyed and they didn't have a replacement. I waited for over a month just to get my money back. The communication sucks, customer service is the worst possible, and I never even got my cards. These people need to pulled from findmagiccards. They are the worst seller on the planet.

After twenty days I had received no shipment and no reason for delay from erichorn, the sites owner. I emailed him (erichorn@aol.com) and requested a reason for this and got no answer. Ten days later I sent another email to both him and his websites sales department and have still received no response. It appears I have been ripped off, and the card that he claims was for sale in fact isn't. Not only have I not received a refund for the money he has withdrawn, I have received no compensatory card in return. Absolutely do not do business with this person.

The cards smelled like smoke (which my wife is allergic to so I have to keep these cards in the garage, that's never happened before).  charles.wickenheiser: Like many other negative feedback statements, I experienced very slow shipping. I placed my order online using PayPal on 6/27. I later received a confirmation for Eric Horn on 7/7 saying that payment was received and the order would be shipped within 2 business days. I finally received my order on 7/22 in the stated packaging (which was fine, cards were not damaged) and it was insured, but the postmark was 7/18. My typical order (say www.bigfireball.com) is received in less than 10 days, but this order took almost a month to ship from the seller. I was unhappy to receive the email on 7/7 since I expected the cards to arrive by 7/7, but I am now completely disgusted that it took 11 more days just to ship the order, when the email from 7/7 stated shipping would happen in 2 days. Also, like many other customers, I found that my cards smelled like someone had hung them in a small room and then smoked a carton of cigarettes. Eric Horn is also very liberal about the quality he states for his cards. I ordered 6 cards all of which were stated to be VF (very fine) but the cards I received were P (played), simply put. I found considerable wear all around the black border, front and back. I did receive a free rare for ordering $15. It was Blind Seer from Invasion. This card had what appeared to be water damage in one corner, having the card on the front and back ripped off as when you pull cards appart that have gotten wet and been stuck together. I also sent Eric Horn an email asking about why my order was taking nearly 4 times as long as I expect and told him I would leave negative feedback if he did not respond, which he hasn't. Not coincidentally, I sent that email on 7/17 (and the order was postmarked 7/18, as stated earlier). So, I would say that unless you really don't care what you cards look and smell like, unless you don't care about waiting indefinitely for your order, unless you don't care about having a merchant fail to deliver on what he says he will, you should buy your cards somewhere else. This site's prices are not low enough to justify the quality and service deficiencies.

This required me to mail back the Taiga to get my refund, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, when they did pay me, they didn't issue a Partial Refund with PayPal (an action which incurs no extra fees), but rather sent me a new payment entirely, which DOES charge the person receiving the money an extra fee. Thus I had to pay an extra $1.05 *just to get my refund*! Also, for the third order in a row, he once again failed to include a packing slip. Sloppy service, all around. I have ordered from MSO six times, and half of the time, he manages to screw something up. This is the last straw; NEVER AGAIN will Magic Source Online get my business.

This happened after my first inquiry about the possibly missing cards went unanswered for several days and then was told that the post office does not investigate until 30 days have passed. I waited and then asked about the post office search and was told about the insured shipping. I can understand that the post office occasionally loses things, but the way this was handled was poor.

These questions included: When did my item ship? (When should it arrive?) What is my tracking number? (which I paid for.. "insured mail") How come I haven't received any updates on my order? And the list goes on and on. Not only that, but in order to get an actual reply that DIDN'T include a cut and paste schpeel that didn't even answer a question I asked, much less told me anything I didn't already know, I had to THREATEN to call my bank and get a forced refund. I did this due to the fact that I had waited a week and a half for a package that should of taken 5 business days *max* to arrive. (2 days to ship, + 3 days for priority). Since I didn't receive any replies to any questions, I simply told him that if he didn't respond by a set date, I would get a refund forcefully. This made him reply with the below email... and I quote..: If you paid for an insured or registered method of shipping we can pull the reciept if needed and tell you the exact date of shipping. If not all i can tell you is as stated in my previous email. It is possible but unlikely there was a short delay in shipping. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Beyond that we have no control over the postal services delivery times. You appear to be threatening us and speaking to me in a condescending manner which is not appreciated, at all. There were a few problems however, many of the cards listed as "mint" condition on the website were actually closer to the "near mint" and "very good" conditions since they had a few knicks and scratches. One card I got, "Radiant, Archangel" from Urza's Legacy was so scratched up and had worn off on the sides that is was closer to the "Bad" or "HORRIBLE" condition compared to the mint condition it had listed, which seemed like a complete sham to me :K Also, the cards that I recieved smelled of cigarette smoke, which bothered me a lot because I expected the cards to be kept in a cool environment to prevent deterioration of the card paint and the card cardboard itself. Lastly, I felt that the packaging was insufficient because the NINE cards I ordered were stuffed into TWO containers (which coincidentally also smelled of cigarette smoke :P), one of them held SIX cards and was literally BULGING. These were folded in a piece of paper. The good part was that most of the cards were mint condition, and I am happy to say that the cards were relatively cheap. Thank you for MagicSourceOnline for the cards, but I hope that in the future, you will eliminate the faults and hope your business is prosperous.
