This time I pre-ordered my cards over a week before the set was released, and waited a full three weeks to receive them. Four weeks is far too long to wait for cards to arrive. I have no idea why it took so long this time, but I don't think I'll pre-order in the future. From Ccg Bot: We were late on sending many of the orders out during the Lorwyn Pre-orders. All the orders were supposed to be out by Oct 15th. Some went out as late as Oct 24th. We had many more Pre-Orders than we have ever had in past releases. We are back to full strength. Everything is going out right away. This will not happen on Pre-Orders in the future. We will make sure we have enough people to get all the orders out on time. We are very sorry that this happened. With this last one in particular, the details need to be known so online shoppers can understand how excellent they really are. First of all, this is my third purchase from CCGBot; each time, the cards have been of the quality stated or above the quality stated. Replies to email have arrived within one or two days. Prices, if not the lowest on the Internet, are low enough to compete with any other vendor ý and having shopped from a few, I can safely say that I would rather pay the extra few dollars for cards in exchange for CCGBotýs reliable and friendly service. But that only seldom occurs, because CCGBotýs prices are usually lower than anyone elseýs anyway. Shipping, meanwhile, has always been extremely rapid ý within seven to ten days to Toronto, Canada. As far as international shipping goes, for any online merchant, not just CCG ones, this is phenomenal. The only time I had to wait longer was for this purchase, which no one on the East Coast should complain about at this time because of the Colorado snowstorms and the winter holidays (Iým writing this on Jan. 2, 2007). This is not the only reason why I recommend CCGBot above all others, however; in making my purchase, I made some errors in selecting my cards, and emailed them to cancel several selections and add several others. Some twelve hours later, I realized Iýd made another mistake, and requested a second change, which resulted in a different (higher) total price from what my order had mentioned. I therefore asked if they could cancel the order and allow me to make it again. Instead, CCGBot made all the changes I requested, and accepted the price of the order as is ý the extra cards I requested, they included at no extra charge. I consider this beyond whatýs requested or expected of any online merchant, for whatever reason. For their trust, confidence, and affection for their customers, CCGBot deserves the highest commendation and praise. That is not all, however. I have finally received the cards today (my purchase was on Dec. 15; I already mentioned the delay due to the snowstorms and holidays), and received, in addition to the accurate and well-packaged order, a ýHappy Holidays!ý note and a small grab bag of extra cards as a present, which included a foil rare from the Fifth Dawn expansion. Again, no standards or requirements of business call for this action; CCGBot cares about its customers as people, not just sources of income. For this reason, they are able to perform beyond expectation and desire. I am finding it just as fun to shop with CCGBot as it is to play the game itself. Because Magic is a game and a hobby, having fun with oneýs purchases is extremely important. The vendors of CCGBot realize this, and as such have been, and continue to be, extremely successful. In other words, I would like to say, without undue pleasure or excitement, that CCGBot is by far the best card vendor I have ever purchased from, and on top of that, is in my opinion a prime example of how any online business should function. I do not say this lightly, for I buy Magic cards rarely and with utmost care and frugality; I do not compete or seriously collect, but merely play and buy for the love of the cards themselves. CCGBot understands this in its customers, and for that reason can receive and deserves to receive a strong, wide, and loyal customer base. From Ccg Bot: Customer says that his order was made on Monday. That would be July 31st. The order was actually made on Wed August 2nd and he selected Standard shipping. Negative feedback was left today, August 4th. Standard shipping takes longer than 2 days from Washington State to Arkansas. It appears that he is mistaken about when he made his order and reacted with negative feedback before receiving cards, without e-mailing us first. All orders made with us are shipped within 24 hours. We did not make a mistake in this case, but as always, if a situation arises, we take care of our customers right away. Customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of our business.
