Well don't blame them, the cards were still listed for sale on your own website! Anyway, they said that they'd send a refund in a week. Two weeks pass and I get nothing. I send them an e-mail reminding them to pay me back. They e-mail me back saying that they've refunded my payment. I log into PayPal, no refund posted! These guys are slow to answer e-mails, they are liars, and they will take your money and give you nothing. I have filed a fraud complaint with PayPal. |

Simply stated they "oversold" the items.
Not even a frickin' apology!!!
A little common courtesy and competency would have improved my view of this vendor. Shoddy business practices.
Be prepared to be out your money, get no cards, waste your time and bitch to get your money back.
Anything they say after the fact (especially if they even bother to respond to this) is just an excuse to cover their ineptitude.
I would discourage any potential customers from this vendor.

This was unbelievably fast. Most sites that offer free shipping with $x purchase take their time with the free orders. Not so with CCG Warehouse Online.

| marksainz: | I made quite a large order to CCG Warehouse for some cards I needed ASAP so that I could attend a tournament. A few hours after my purchase was made, I recieved an email telling me that my entire order had been cancelled because things where screwed up on their end and they listed cards they did not have. Rather than simply sending me the cards from my order that they did have, they cancelled my entire order, with only, "we ran out of solemns and blinkmoths" for an explanation. The money I used to make this purchase will be tied up for some reason, so by the time I can again order the tournament I was buying these cards for will have been long gone. CCG warehouse does not seem to want to make any attempt to compensate me for their shoddy bussiness practices either. Clearly a dealer more concerned with making a fast buck than customer satisfaction.

By cancelling the order so quickly, we gave you the opportunity to purchase from another vendor every card that you needed instead of paying shipping twice. We were clearly looking out for your best interest. Had we been interested in only your money, we would have shipped your a partial order. |
