The only drawback is they made some minor mistakes on 4 cards worth $10 that was degraded to lower condition than near mint ones. But anyway thatııs $10 over $1000, still an acceptable mistake and I will definitely continue to make further purchases from them. |

I was first notified that my order was shipped and then I was notified that part of my charge was refunded. I had to look at my order and match the refund amount with the cards to see what was likely refunded. I had to send 2 e-mails in order to get info about it. The e-mail I received said that they didn't get my first email and that I should have been been informed about the issue. I agree, because I SHOULD have been informed, but I wasn't. They didn't respond to a 3rd e-mail about how I was unhappy with the service, communication, and overall transaction. There was no opportunity for me to change my order since it was shipped before I knew about the problem. Since wizards of the coast made up a regulation that forbid any seller to ship sealed contents printed after "some set" to outside the U.S. (I beleive...), they were kind enough to open the packs and send them unsealed (they contacted me first and offered to refund me or send different packs). I feel the did not alter their content since I got some decent cards out of those packs. |
